Recruit 121 Group is assisting an international technology client in Switzerland to hire an experienced IT Data Governance and Access Control SME (m/f/d). You will design a group-wide data governance and access-control framework and pilot it within one business unit.

You will define access restrictions across key IT and collaboration systems, work with an internal project manager, report to a steering committee, and ensure data residency and cross-border compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing data governance and access-control frameworks at group or enterprise level.
• Background in data classification and IAM concepts.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Aufgaben

• Design a data governance and access-control framework to identify, classify, and protect sensitive information.
• Pilot the framework at one business unit before wider rollout.
• Define access restrictions across IT and collaboration systems.
• Work closely with an internal project manager and report into a steering committee.
• Ensure data residency and cross-border compliance requirements are met, including restricting access by geography or user group.
