In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the Group's international management systems with a focus on data compliance. You will consolidate existing data compliance measures, processes, and systems into a data compliance management system, considering regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law. Additionally, you will implement tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring, and reporting obligations. You will work with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to oversee the effectiveness of the management systems. You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization, providing guidance and advice on data compliance issues.

Your Profile

The requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role focusing on data compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Business fluency in English
  • An analytical mindset and ability to work independently on complex issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Remuneration

Starting from €54,300 gross annually, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications.
