Arvato is seeking a Team Lead Data Centre to coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead operational tasks and provide functional leadership, serving as the first point of contact for technical and organizational questions.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, material and inventory management, and support installation, cabling and hardware activities in the data centre, while ensuring safety, quality and process standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment.
• First experience in functional leadership or team coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day operations.
• Manage material, warehouse and inventory processes.
• Support installation, cabling and hardware activities in the data centre.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and process standards.
• Act as the contact person for operational topics, escalations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support documentation, reporting and inventory counts.
