Zusammenfassung

Digital Realty operates data centers worldwide, including a Zurich facility where you will maintain and optimize critical electrotechnical and mechanical systems. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, procedures, and internal benchmarks, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead on-site teams, mentor staff, and manage subcontractors, with on-call shifts and a focus on energy efficiency and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in mission-critical operations and maintenance of large-scale electrotechnical or mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Experience with cooling/HVAC infrastructure is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and instrumentation skills.
• Experience supervising technicians or engineers.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair electrotechnical and mechanical systems in a mission-critical data center.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external service providers.
• Perform routine inspections, incident response, and adherence to SLAs.
• On-call duties and risk mitigation responsibilities.
• Drive energy efficiency and process improvements across the site.
