Trinsik, an international business creation studio, seeks a Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to own analytics for product, commercial, and investment projects in Vienna. You will write SQL, model data, and build Power BI dashboards across multiple client engagements.

You will collaborate with data engineers, define metrics, and ensure data quality while presenting results to stakeholders. English proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong SQL - joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance considerations.
• Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) or equivalent BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling (star schema) and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands‑on with product analytics and event tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog).
• Comfortable with commercial metrics: unit economics, CAC/LTV, contribution margin, pricing logic.
• Organised and able to drive unclear requirements to completion.
• Strong written and spoken English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up and run product analytics for digital products and ventures, defining event concepts and analyses.
• Build commercial analytics including unit economics, pricing scenarios, and revenue tracking.
• Support portfolio monitoring analytics for corporate venture and investment clients.
• Write and optimize SQL for data models, transformations, and analyses.
• Collaborate with data engineers on pipelines and the transformation layer.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for portfolio, product KPIs, and commercial performance.
• Define business metrics with stakeholders and align analytics with goals.
• Improve data quality, documentation, and governance across projects.
• Own your workstream and drive timelines with engineers, PMs, and clients.
• Share learnings within the analytics community at Trinsik.
