At FoodNotify, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, on a mission to reduce food waste and promote sustainability by creating transparency across the food supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new customers and support them during system setup and onboarding
  • Conduct online training sessions to introduce customers to our platform
  • Provide phone and ticket-based support for existing customers
  • Act as a key link between Inbound Sales, customers, and suppliers
  • Manage and maintain our support center, including creating help articles

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success or Key Account Manager, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or scale-up environment
  • Higher education with a diploma (Matura) or a completed university degree
  • Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
  • Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand complex topics
  • Technical understanding and a strong grasp of digital tools and IT processes
  • Structured, proactive approach with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence in customer interactions
