The Customer Solutions Director – International Markets holds a critical role in driving growth across ISS’s global Office and Production segments. The position is responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing complex, strategic sales opportunities by developing innovative, scalable, and client-centric solutions. Serving as a trusted advisor to both new and existing customers, the role is key to translating client needs into commercial solutions that improve business outcomes and drive ISS growth.
This role leads the strategic direction and execution of scalable bids and works in close partnership with peers; Global Solutions Directors, Global Key Account Leads, and cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of high-impact, value-driven propositions. The Customer Solutions Director – International Markets plays a pivotal role in securing strategically important contracts and enabling sustainable, long-term growth.
