Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Customer Architect to join our team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with the account team to drive adoption of Elastic solutions and align them with customer business objectives.

You will define technical success plans, onboard customers, and work with support and service teams to ensure a smooth journey from onboarding to expansion, aiming to grow ARR while delivering real business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in German & English required; French a plus.
• Validated experience in a similar role (Solutions Architect/Technical Consultant/Pre‑sales) with hands‑on Elastic solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Elastic Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search and aligning them with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social skills and ability to build relationships with customers and teams.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer to maximize Elastic usage.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
• Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals.
• Identify and remove technical frictions to aid adoption and implementation.
• Coordinate between customers and support for optimized issue resolution.
• Work with the Service Team to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Find opportunities for expansion to grow ARR with the account team.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships and increase solution usage.
