Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Slovakian and German (minimum B1 level).

CONTAINEX is a company of the WALTER GROUP and market leader in Europe in the trade with containers and mobile space solutions. Customers from industry, trade, commerce and local authorities are offered "space at once" - mobile space solutions with containers. The production takes place in several European factories. This Austrian family company was established in 1981 and unites traditional values with modern management and a spirit for expansion.

• New customer contact: You will receive initial enquiries and help our customers with their first steps. You will pass the gained know-how on to the sales team for further support
• Customer support: You will know the needs and requirements of the customers best and will therefore coordinate between key accounts, sales management and the engineering department
• Administration: You will take on administrative tasks, process offers and support the sales managers in customer support

Your profile:

• Qualifications: You have completed your school education with professional experience in the economic / technical sector
• Languages: You not only speak Slovakian but also our company language German (min B1 level)
• Personality: You are on top of the situation at all times but still have a good eye for the details. Thanks to your friendly nature and communicative manner you will quickly catch up with the team.

The minimum salary for this position - depending on qualification and experience - is € 42,800 gross per year. The annual salary consists of 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus. Upon completion of the trainee programme we also offer you a performance-based bonus.
