Due to large scale growth, an exciting opportunity has opened up, and we are currently seeking a customer relationship manager who will be responsible for managing positive collections outcomes for our Clients and Customers.

The Role:

  • Manage individual client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with customers to drive sales, manage client accounts, and build relationships.
  • Focus on customer onboarding, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring clients achieve value from the product or service.
  • Lead a team of support staff to resolve technical or service-related issues while maintaining positive client interactions.
  • Work with current and potential clients to grow business relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Build and establish relationships with customers.

  • Experience in receivables management or debt collection.
