YOUR JOB

As a Customer Data Consultant and member of a team of Consultants and Solution Architects, you will be responsible for managing the conceptual processes involved in Customer Profiling and Marketing. You will also configure and implement solutions based on the specific requirements of our customers.

Your Job’s Key Responsibilities Are

  • Planning and implementing rough and detailed concepts (big-picture, solution alignment, data model, user journeys, segmentation models, marketing workflows) with our partner solutions
  • Advising our customers on project-specific topics with a focus on customer profiles, personalization, and digital marketing (process support and active customer contact)
  • Supporting the presales process and conducting customer workshops for discovery and demonstration purposes
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Configuring and customizing the SAP solutions CDC, CDP, and Emarsys as part of the SAP CX portfolio
  • Continuous training on product developments and updates, and completing corresponding certifications

Your Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer profiling or marketing automation (SAP CDP, Emarsys, SF Marketing, other CDPs)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in applying technical solutions and designing system architectures
  • Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level) and German (C2 level)
  • Knowledge about integration methods (e.g. REST APIs) and data modeling
  • Enjoy working on conceptual and analytical tasks
  • Open, communicative, and balanced personality who enjoys giving presentations
  • Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 55,300 gross/year for this position.
