Qualifikationen

Your role in the team

• You lead, develop and inspire the tech and product team through trust-based and empathetic collaboration.
• You create and implement future-oriented technology roadmaps that align with Nuki's strategic vision and business objectives.
• You ensure the highest product quality and safety standards through continuous optimization of our development and testing processes.
• You create and foster a modern, agile work environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and organizational growth.
• You manage our technology budgets, resource planning and cooperation with external partners at a strategic level.
• You work closely with other departments to develop innovative and market-leading products.
• You represent Nuki's technical vision to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have solid technical expertise in software architecture, cloud technologies and IT security.
• You are experienced in defining and implementing technology roadmaps and development strategies.
• You have sound knowledge of budget planning and resource management.
• Your strong communication skills enable you to convey complex technical topics in an understandable and relevant manner at all levels of the organization.
• You promote an empathetic leadership style based on trust and collaboration.
• You are a pragmatic problem solver who takes on challenges with determination and drives forward solutions in a targeted manner.
• You are willing to move to Graz or work locally at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• You have over 10 years of experience in the entire lifecycle of hardware and software product development and operation, ideally in IoT or smart home environments.
• You have a proven track record in leading technology companies and experience in using agile development approaches (Scrum, DevOps) in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
• You have experience in hardware development and a solid understanding of industrialization and production processes.
