Institute of Science and Technology Austria invites outstanding postdoctoral researchers to join the NOMIS-ISTA Fellowship Program, a cross-disciplinary environment with dual mentorship and the freedom to pursue high-risk questions at the intersection of two or more disciplines.

The program offers a three-year, fully funded appointment with a competitive salary, comprehensive social security, and strong career development support, including opportunities for teaching and access to ISTA and NOMIS

Qualifikationen

• Must have PhD and preferably first postdoctoral experience.
• Must have affiliation to an academic/research institution.
• Remote interview window: 1–21 November 2026.
• Fellowship must commence within six months of notification.
