Job summary

Erste Group is seeking a Model Landscape Expert for Credit Risk to lead governance and oversee the model lifecycle within CRM. You will drive the implementation of group-wide governance, prepare governance reports, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across the model landscape.

The role requires strong credit risk knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in English. Experience with SQL, Tableau, JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of credit risk models, processes and relevant regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management with knowledge on rating processes and rating model implementation.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to the CRM Model Inventory Tool (Product Ownership).
• Define DQ reports & initiate adjustments with stakeholders for consistency.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc aggregated reports for relevant parties.
• Contribute to group-wide governance (process/framework/regulatory compliance).
• Ensure activities at each stage of the model lifecycle are fulfilled and stakeholders are involved.
• Support monitoring of Model Landscape policy coherence in model development projects.
