Job summary

The Hummingbird company in Austria (Wien) is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to own the workflow from design through listing, print, and shipment. You will work closely with our design team, print suppliers, and Amazon operations to ensure smooth launches and high-quality output.

This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks, with opportunity for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Amazon private-label, catalogue management, or creative production.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating creatives or designers and ensuring print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Create design briefs and style guides for new launches.
• Coordinate with designers (internal and external) and print suppliers.
• Review designs for print quality and prepare print-ready files.
• Generate and manage barcodes (EAN/FNSKU) using Python-based tools.
• Create and optimise Amazon product listings.
• Coordinate FBA shipments and track inventory.
• Maintain databases and SOPs for workflows.
• Ensure on-time delivery across all steps.
