A fantastic opportunity to join the CPA team in our ALPs business unit. Becoming a key member of the On Trade Channel, responsible for the flawless implementation of the BTL activation plan with our priority customers.
Working in partnership with Europe Channel Marketing to take brand programs and execute these in a manner that complements our market ambition. Being a key connection between Region and Local to deliver execution that delivers for the guest, customer and brand.
You will have a passion for understanding guest/shopper behaviour and using this to win on the path to purchase. Positively pushing the boundaries, whilst connecting stakeholders from across the business to deliver execution that balances guest, customer, and brand objectives.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
C’est Support the development of the On Trade BTL activation plan aligned to the market priorities at a brand, customer and channel level. Working in partnership with Commercial to build the path to win profitable market share, whilst ensuring close alignment with Consumer Marketing to align campaigns across channels and amplify investment impact.
Drive awareness of business performance versus commitments and the action plan to course correct. Leverage Availability, Visibility and Promotion reporting dashboards to focus the Commercial & CPA organization on the job to be done. Having honest conversations that bring cross functional teams together to solve in a timely manner.
Work in partnership with Europe Channel Marketing to apply toolkits and guidelines at a local level. Driving more standardization around key programs/pillars to deliver consistency and reduce deviation from brand strategy.
Identify gaps and work with Europe Channel Marketing in advance to resolve as one team. If local adaptation is needed, brief agencies with a clear focus on brand, guest and customer strategy.
Put the guest at the heart of decision making. Using the insights and tools available to deliver flawless execution along the path to purchase including Triple Win for all activations.
Customer facing role, having a direct relationship with 1-2 priority operators in the Channel
Being the CPA lead for a defined set of brands. Including being at ease discussing BTL & ATL choices for a brand, as extracted from working in partnership with Consumer Marketing & sales.
Maximise ROI from A&P, setting clear objectives for all investment decisions and evaluating in a timely manner. Including GTN spend (including M&E accountability).
Ongoing management of A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
Owning the BTL activity proposal for the customer(s) and leading this discussion during the process.
YOUR PROFILE & PERSONAL QUALITIES
Minimum 3 years experience within Marketing or Commercial. Preferably within a Premium / FMCG background.
Experience of the Spirits and/or Beverage industry in the market is preferred.
Knowledge of the channel achieved by working directly with key customers (in a Marketing or Commercial capacity).
Proven track record in positive stakeholder management.
Experience of delivering shopper/guest marketing activation or events is preferred.
Experience of working for BTL/Creative agency is beneficial but not essential.
