DenizBank AG is seeking an experienced corporate banking professional to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, develop long-term relationships and present credit proposals. The role focuses on client needs, financial analysis, and cross-selling opportunities within a dynamic, international team.

The position requires 8+ years in banking, strong credit assessment skills, and fluency in English with German or Turkish as a plus.

• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and developing strong and long-term customer relationships with a focus on client needs and tailored financial solutions
• Acquiring new credit customers in line with the risk appetite of the Bank
• Preparing and presenting credit proposals for existing and potential customers including financial and credit analysis
• Monitoring customer profitability and identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Organizing and participating in customer visits and meetings
• Ensuring a smooth execution of credit transactions and other operational tasks
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Credits, Treasury, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments
• Executing ad-hoc tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitoring market, sector and macroeconomic developments and assessing their potential impact on the client portfolio and business opportunities
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
• Proactive, commercially minded, detail-oriented and analytic thinker
• 8+ years of experience in the banking or financial sector (preferably in Corporate Banking , Project Finance or client-facing banking role)
• Strong experience inf financial analysis and credit assessment
• Proven track record in relationship management and strong understanding of corporate banking products, including bilateral and syndicated lending; experience with Schuldscheindarlehen is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German and/or Turkish is a plus)
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills
