Controlling Process & Change Manager (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Process and Change Manager within Group Controlling, you will analyse current processes to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative, future-proof concepts
  • In your role you will collaborate with international stakeholders to discuss and align on processes and change initiatives
  • This includes the preparation and execution of comprehensive change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes
  • You will support efforts to establish the Holding as a Global Governance Setter for Financial Controlling, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed across the organization
  • Your responsibilities include developing company-wide presentations, along with the ability to translate complex information into a compelling storyline for senior management and countries
Your profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have got several years of experience working in Strategy Consulting or in the Strategy Department of a corporate organisation
  • You have completed your degree in business administration, economics or finance
  • You are a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimisation and change management, demonstrating a proven track record in these areas within a corporate environment
  • You bring specialised qualifications and experience in process management methodologies
  • You possess strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to problem-solving
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 104.350*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
