Your responsibilities

As a Business Navigation & Operations Manager (BNOM) Trainee, you will be trained to:

• Collaborate on the store Business Plan, using market data to improve customer experience.
• Drive financial planning, set goals, and align with store priorities.
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities.
• Manage the store's Profit & Loss, reduce costs, and forecast.
• Analyze investments for ROI, considering all aspects.
• Lead and develop teams, identify talent, and plan succession.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
