What you’ll do

• Create, plan, and publish hundreds of engaging content formats on different social media platforms
• Drive organic, measurable, sustainable month-over-month user growth from numerous marketing channels without paid advertising
• Innovate and develop a variety of content formats alongside trend-driven content tailored to the target audience
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify content themes, topics, ideas, and trends resonating with different target audiences
• Regularly monitor trending hashtags, sounds, and challenges to integrate timely, viral elements into content strategy
• Actively manage users’ interaction, responding to comments, and fostering engagement to create content loops and viral growth opportunities.
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights, adjusting to maximize organic reach and customer acquisition.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or digital marketing roles, particularly focused on posting in a network of accounts.
• Open-minded professional who is not trying to make guesstimates because of their FYP on Tiktok;
• Ability to switch context between 10+ audiences each day with no “one-size-fits-all” attitude;
• Proven ability to independently create engaging short-form videos and manage end-to-end content production.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including algorithms, content trends, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media analytics, trends, and audience insights for content optimization.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and other creative digital tools.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English; able to produce culturally relevant content resonating specifically with different audiences.
• Proactive, creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on social media trends rapidly.
• Ability to collaborate with A-players in a growth.
• Motivation and willingness to execute in the most competitive market with such companies as OpenAI, Perplexity, Character AI, and others who don’t and won’t stop innovating just like us
• Outcome-driven work approach and result-oriented attitude
• No fears in working in non-existent niches: yesterday there was no one, today we are the first player, and tomorrow we are grinding through dozens of competitors like us
