checkyeti in Vienna is offering a Content Management Intern role in our Business Development Operations team. You will shape multilingual content and offers powering our marketplace, using AI tools to scale across languages and markets.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German or French or Italian, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-growing travel tech environment. This 3- to 4-month internship starts Sept 2026 and is based at our Vienna office.

checkyeti is looking for an enthusiastic, German-, French- or Italian-speaking Content Management Intern to join our Business Development Operations team. In this role, you'll shape the content and offers that power our marketplace and support our partner network (B2B), using AI tools to work faster and smarter along the way.

What You Will Do in This Role

As a Content Management Intern, you won't just be working behind the scenes, you'll be a driving force in our Business Development Operations team. You'll craft the content that makes our activities discoverable and appealing, and use AI tools to scale that work across languages and markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Offer Research & Discovery: Explore activities and attractions across Europe to uncover opportunities for new offers and sharpen the ones we already have.
• Content Creation & Localization: Write engaging activity descriptions and localize them across multiple languages, using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepL) to work at scale.
• Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Act as the final line of defense, proofread and polish translated and AI-generated content so it meets our quality and brand standards.
• Marketplace Optimization: Keep our platform sharp, accurate, and up-to-date by managing activity details, seasonal pricing, and time schedules based on partner and customer feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with Marketing, Operations, and Product to make sure our outdoor experiences are perfectly positioned to capture our users' attention.

Who We Are Looking For

In this role, it’s important that you think both creatively and structurally. You should enjoy working with new technologies like AI and have a drive to improve and develop processes.

We are looking for you if you fit the following profile:

• Multilingual: You are fluent (C1) in English and in German, French, or Italian. Additional fluency in Spanish or Dutch is a great plus!
• Organized, Accurate & Detail-Oriented: You have a "precision-first" mindset. Managing multiple tasks, like updating activity descriptions, prices, and time schedules, while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines is right up your alley.
• Tech-Savvy & AI-Forward: You are comfortable with AI tools and you enjoy using modern technology to optimize existing workflows and help build future AI-driven processes.
• Team Player & Outdoor Enthusiast: You thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments, bring a positive "can-do" attitude to every challenge, and share our genuine passion for outdoor activities and the travel industry.
• Motivated Student/Graduate: You are a student or recent graduate (Business, Tourism, or similar) looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up. Having a background in tourism, tech, or service is a big plus!

Internship Period

This internship opportunity is available for a 3- to 4-month period between September and December 2026. Specific start and end dates will be discussed and agreed upon based on your availability and our needs.
