Bitpanda GmbH in Vienna invites a Business IT Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the IT team and managing internal IT tasks. You will assist with onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle, while learning a modern tech stack in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are IT-focused students who show initiative, collaboration, and eagerness to learn about security and enterprise tools such as Confluence, Jira, JumpCloud, Slack and Google Workspace.

Your Mission:

As a Business IT Intern, you will get the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the Business IT team to deal with the most important internal IT tasks. You will be providing first-level support for our top-notch workspaces and advanced cloud-based applications, play an important part in on-boarding and off-boarding processes throughout Bitpanda and take care of safe and timely hardware delivery to the end-users. This internship is an ideal opportunity for everyone who wants to kick-off their career in Business IT and is eager to learn one of the most advanced technology stacks in Europe!

What you’ll do:

• Take part in managing key apps and workspaces used across the entire Bitpanda.
• Use your knowledge, skills and insights to help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining the highest IT security standards.
• Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support.
• Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help to streamline processes across the entire hardware lifecycle.

• You are deeply interested in IT and eager to learn more about our cutting-edge technology stack, such as Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack, Google Workplace etc.
• You are excited to deepen your understanding of hardware lifecycle and extend your knowledge of the best practices in IT security.
• You are pursuing a degree in a field related to IT or have a history of personal projects/professional experience related to IT.
• You are a reliable and disciplined person who is not afraid to take the initiative into their own hands and has a proactive approach to problem solving.
