Your responsibilities

• Concept and create high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and tone
• Shoot and edit video content: from raw footage to polished reels, including effects, transitions, colour correction, and audio integration (music, voiceovers)
• Spot trends and transform them into relevant, high-performing content tailored to our channels
• Collaborate with our social media specialist to align on storytelling and brand messaging
• Support larger video productions: from script and location planning to post-production
• Organize and maintain assets to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality
  
  

Your profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Strong editing skills (video cutting, effects, transitions, sound, color grading)
• A good eye for visual storytelling and a feel for engaging imagery and narratives
• Creativity, curiosity, and a natural instinct for trends, memes, and internet culture
• Enjoy working with people both in front of and behind the camera
• Structured, reliable, and excited to test and optimize new ideas
• Proactive, agile and engaged attitude
• Effective planning and time management skills
• Valid work permit in Austria

Further information

We offer a fixed-term employment contract for one year which can be extended subject to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. The position can be filled from October 1, 2025.
