Job summary

synaps GmbH is building the largest AI platform for architectural design. As our In-house Content Creator, you’ll be the camera, storyteller, and one of the faces of Synaps, capturing people, product, launches, chaos, and behind-the-scenes moments as we grow.

You’ll shoot, edit, and publish 8–10 pieces of content daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X, turning briefs from the Content Strategist into fast, compelling content.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to write compelling content for short-form formats.
• Proven skills in managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Experience with designing assets and basic motion/graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the camera inside Synaps, capturing team, product, launches, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-volume short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.
• Turn briefs from the Content Strategist into fast, publish-ready pieces, often within hours.

As our In-house Content Creator, you'll be the camera, storyteller, and one of the faces of Synaps. You'll be right in the middle of everything, capturing the people, product, launches, wins, chaos, and behind-the-scenes moments as we build the company.

You'll shoot, edit, and publish 8-10 pieces of content every day, from product demos and architectural workflows to founder content, team moments, launches, and whatever crazy idea we decide to try next.

What you'll do

• Be the camera inside Synaps. Capture the team, product, launches, creative chaos, and everything happening as we build.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-volume short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Take ideas and briefs from the Content Strategist and turn them into content fast, often from concept to published in some hours.
• Create content designed to break through, travel, and reach millions of architects and designers.
• Document the journey of building Synaps from the inside, turning everyday startup moments into stories people actually want to follow.
• Get founders, engineers, designers, and the rest of the team comfortable and great on camera, even if they've never done it before.
• Build and maintain a content library that compounds. Great footage should be reusable across formats, platforms, and future campaigns.
• Experiment constantly. New hooks, formats, editing styles, storytelling techniques, trends, and completely weird ideas. We want to find what works before everyone else does.

What you bring

• You live and breathe short-form content and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
• You know how to hook attention, build momentum, and keep people watching.
• You're just as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it.
• You can turn founders, designers, and engineers into great on-camera personalities, even if they've never been filmed before.
• You're fast. You can spot a moment, shoot it, edit it, and get it live while it's still relevant.
• You have a portfolio of content that actually performed, and you can show us the numbers.
• You have a high-output mindset: ship, learn, improve, repeat. You'd rather make 10 great pieces and learn what works than spend a week obsessing over one.
• You're curious, experimental, and constantly testing new formats, hooks, tools, and ideas before everyone else does.

Big plus: You're into architecture or design, can handle basic motion/graphics, or have experience making content for ambitious software and technology companies.

Salary

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 3,000 EUR und 3,800 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis).

Overtime

This is an all-in salary, which already includes any accrued overtime.
