Qualifikationen

Consolidation Specialist

About the company
  • Our client is a leading European manufacturer with an excellent market position and a dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
  • Coordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of consolidation tools and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of consolidation processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality.
  • Support M&A activities, including integration of newly acquired entities into the consolidation process.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process.
Profile
  • Professional experience in audit and/or accounting in multinational companies, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Profound IFRS knowledge; knowledge of other GAAP is a plus.
  • Experience with consolidation software (HFM preferred).
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • High level of self-organization and organizational skills.

Salary information
