Consolidation Specialist

About the company
- Our client is a leading European manufacturer with an excellent market position and a dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Coordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of consolidation tools and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in continuous improvement of consolidation processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality.
- Support M&A activities, including integration of newly acquired entities into the consolidation process.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process.
Profile
- Professional experience in audit and/or accounting in multinational companies, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Profound IFRS knowledge; knowledge of other GAAP is a plus.
- Experience with consolidation software (HFM preferred).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- High level of self-organization and organizational skills.

Salary information
