CNC Turner – Prototype Manufacturing / Afternoon Shift Model (f/m/x)

Using our state-of-the-art CNC turning and mill-turn centers, we produce highly precise and complex components with tolerances in the thousandths of a millimeter—custom-made for our innovative high-tech measuring instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate our modern CNC mill-turn centers
• Manufacture precision single parts from various materials
• Work independently based on production drawings and specifications
• Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
• Perform documentation and quality control
• Maintain and care for our machines – because precision starts at the foundation

Requirements:

• Completed training as a machining technician
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator
• Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent spatial awareness, and attention to detail
• Confident in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
• Experience with processing a wide variety of materials
• Willingness to work flexible hours (shift model or afternoon model with attractive flexibility bonuses)
• A work ethic characterized by quality, precision, and a sense of responsibility
• Good German skills and a strong team spirit

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.300 to € 3.800.
