Zusammenfassung

KSG GmbH is seeking a Production Employee for Mechanical Production (m/f/d). You will independently operate drilling and milling systems, process orders, set up the systems and monitor the machines and production processes.

You will coordinate with your team and supervisors to complete orders quickly and accurately. You will handle malfunctions, adjust processes, maintain systems, monitor product quality, and work with technologists and QA on process optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in technology and technical training is an advantage.
• Experience with CNC-controlled systems is desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple systems at once.
• Willing to work standing and physically fit.
• Comfort with rotating 3-shift schedule (5-13, 13-21, 21-5).
• German native or C1 level is required.

• Operate drilling and milling systems, process orders, set up systems, and monitor machines and production processes.
• Coordinate with team and superiors to complete orders quickly and error-free.
• Intervene in malfunctions, adjust processes, and maintain systems; monitor product quality.
• Collaborate with technologists and QA to optimize processes in your area.
