For our newly opened hotels, Caro & Selig, Tegernsee, Autograph Collection (opened March 2023), Mayburg Salzburg, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (opened December 2022), and Hotel The Passenger, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (opening November 2024) in Salzburg city, we are immediately seeking a:

Cluster Sales Manager (m/w/d) full-time

Your #TASKS - Your area of impact:
  • Focus primarily on the Corporate and MICE segments for the three hotels;
  • Attract new customers through phone calls, personal contacts, and sales campaigns, leveraging your charm;
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, continuously monitoring booking figures;
  • Travel for sales activities, hotel tours, and client visits;
  • Plan and organize sales campaigns, such as Sales Blitz;
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts independently, including corporate agreements;
  • Create reports for clients and internal use, and achieve set targets;
  • Monitor market trends and competition regularly.
