To strengthen our team in Vienna and Salzburg, we are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute smart, market-driven revenue strategies
- Optimize pricing, inventory, and channel mix to boost performance
- Lead OTA, GDS, and distribution relationships to increase direct bookings
- Analyze key KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) to inform decisions
- Forecast demand and align with sales, marketing, and operations
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve
- Train teams and foster a strong revenue-focused culture
What you bring
- Solid experience in revenue management within the luxury hotel sector, ideally across multiple properties or a cluster environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Expertise with key systems: Opera (PMS), FLYR (RMS), SynXIS (CRS), and Lighthouse (Rate Shopper).
- Proficient in revenue management software and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker who brings creativity and innovation to revenue planning.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
