Upsilon Global are currently seeking a freelance Study Nurse to conduct both on-site and home care visits within the broader Vienna region.

There are a total of 68 patient visits to be conducted over an 18-month period (averaging 1-2 visits per week) for 4 patients enrolled in a dermatology study for chronic venous ulcers.

The project entails the following responsibilities:

• Visits to the study center to support patient recruitment
• Performing homecare visits when required
• Maintaining prescreening lists
• If applicable, creation of worksheets
• Conducting patient care according to protocol and work instructions
• Documentation of patient data according to protocol
• Ensuring data quality in documentation sheets/source data/(e)CRFs in close coordination with treating physicians and study personnel
• Reviewing various processes required in the course of the study, e.g., patient consent forms, SAE reports, etc.
• Correspondence with study centers/sponsors, the responsible CRO, and Invisio
• Ensuring availability for the centers to schedule appointments

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Study Nurse
• Experience in wound care essential
• Ideally, nurses should have GCP, IATA, and Basic-Life-Support certificates

We can offer the following compensation and conditions:

• Hourly rate for both working and travel time: 55 €/hour
