Tech Incubator in St. Gallen/Zurich, Switzerland is assembling a founding team and seeking a visionary Clinical Microbiologist to lead our Pathogen-to-Prescription validation.

You will ensure that our 24-hour Match-to-Bedside workflow is biologically and clinically sound by interpreting phagograms and genomic matches generated by our AI engine for personalized phage cocktails in Swiss Magistral Preparation.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or MD in Clinical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, or a related field.
• Experience in a Swiss clinical laboratory is a major plus.
• Strong ability to communicate with clinicians and regulators.
• Experience working in a hybrid Swiss clinical setting is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Interpret phagograms and genomic matches generated by our AI engine to validate personalized phage cocktails.
• Serve as clinical liaison with Swissmedic and hospital lab directors to standardize the 24-hour workflow.
• Oversee QC for synthetic phage 'recipes' and ensure sterility/endotoxin profiles meet ICU standards.
• Explain a Synthetic Phage Match to hospital pharmacists and biohackers with clarity.
