About You
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations and drive efficiencies within our Theatre and Procedure Room department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective management of departmental activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong, collaborative leadership, working closely with key stakeholders and reporting lines. A commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care are essential.
Current AHPRA registration
Proven leadership skills demonstrated through previous management experience, fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
Expert knowledge of the perioperative environment, with the ability to apply advanced clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making in the delivery and coordination of care.
Highly developed time management and communication skills, ensuring effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams and timely achievement of objectives.
Workforce planning, analysis and expertise, with a focus on recognising, supporting, and enhancing staff development, engagement, and satisfaction.
Post Graduate qualification in Clinical Speciality and/or Post Graduate qualification in Management will be desirable or working towards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
