Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Clinical IT Service Manager (m/w/d) for KIS/HIS, PACS, and interoperability in Vienna. You will coordinate between customers, stakeholders, and technical teams, driving improvements and ensuring reliable operation of clinical IT services.

Responsibilities include service excellence across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS, monitoring KPIs, optimizing workflows, and incident management with a strong focus on interoperability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clinical information systems and healthcare workflows, ideally within hospital, radiology, or digital health environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical data flows and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT ecosystems, including KIS/HIS, RIS, and PACS.
• Experience managing or supporting operational services for healthcare applications, digital health platforms, or clinical systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central point of coordination between customers, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring the reliable operation and continuous improvement of clinical IT services
• Drive service excellence across KIS/HIS, RIS, PACS, and related healthcare IT systems, ensuring agreed service levels and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve system availability, workflows, and user experience
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize clinical IT processes, data flows, and interoperability across connected healthcare systems
• Coordinate and oversee complex incidents affecting clinical systems, driving timely resolution, root cause analysis, and long‑term corrective actions
• Facilitate transparent communication with customers and stakeholders regarding service performance, operational topics, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to support deployments, integrations, interoperability requirements, and operational efficiency
