Responsibilities

As a Client Partnership Manager – Hospitals, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of accounts within the Hospital sector through account management. You will be accountable for all activities spanning your portfolio, including pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, and negotiations. Reporting directly to the Director of Health & Aged Care, you will collaborate and create opportunities (both organic and inorganic) to grow our market share within the Hospital sector. You’ll be at the heart of building and nurturing long-term relationships with our key hospital clients, serving as a trusted partner, delivering innovative recruitment solutions and exceptional service.

Key focus areas include:

  • Hospital client strategy, managing customer interfaces and building partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, lead account planning, ensure after-sales engagement, and monitor market and competitors.
  • Optimise go-to-market approaches, identify new opportunities, and drive execution.
