Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) seeks a skilled Civil Drafter / BIM Technician to support civil engineering and infrastructure designs for marine container terminal projects. You will focus on producing high-quality drawings, layouts, and coordination with BIM across disciplines.

Working with civil engineers, project managers, and external consultants, you will ensure drawings and models are accurate, compliant, and ready for tendering, construction, and handover, while supporting ACC

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Drafting, BIM Modelling, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional drafting/BIM experience (Civil Draftsman, CAD/BIM Technician).
• Experience with CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Experience with port terminal, logistics, or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM information management principles.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and update civil engineering drawings for infrastructure projects, including terminals, roads, and marine interfaces.
• Develop drawings for container terminals, port infrastructure, yard layouts, and related civil works.
• Coordinate BIM models, identify clashes, and support information management across disciplines.
• Assist in exporting quantities, dimensions, and model data for reviews and tendering.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and deliverables.
