Original Kinderhotels Europa is seeking a childcare worker for our Tyrol resort. You will foster a loving, safe environment, guide children through daily activities, and support development while communicating in German and English.

The role involves planning varied activities, supervising meals, and coordinating both indoor and outdoor programs for guest children aged 0 to 16, at a family‑friendly 6‑day workweek.

Job Description

As a childcare worker, you create a loving, safe, and stimulating environment for children. With empathy, creativity, and a sense of responsibility, you guide the little ones through their daily lives, support their development, and ensure that they feel comfortable and secure.

Your Profile

• Actively contributing ideas and concepts for activities, inclement-weather programs, or field trips

• Planning, organizing, and carrying out a variety of outdoor and indoor activities with guest children ages 0 to 16

• Loving, top-quality, and personalized care for our guest children in German and English

• Independent Management and Organization of the Care Facilities

• Supervised lunch and dinner at the kids' clubs

• This list of duties is not exhaustive. Other tasks that fall within the scope of this position may also arise.

• 6-day workweek
