JOBGETHER SRL is seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to transform a SaaS engineering org into a high-velocity, product-focused team. You’ll own the technology vision, R&D budget, and infrastructure strategy, embedding AI-assisted development and cost-aware optimization.

You will lead a senior, distributed engineering group, collaborate with executives and the board, and shape long-term technology value for customers across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership roles in SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead high-velocity, product-focused engineering teams.
• Experience embedding AI-assisted development practices and tooling.
• Strong background in security, compliance, and cost optimization.

• Own technology vision, strategy, and R&D budget aligned with business value.
• Lead a multi-region, Kubernetes-based production environment with reliability goals.
• Scale AI-assisted development while maintaining quality, security, and cost controls.
• Partner with executives, product, customers, and the board to drive growth.

• Define engineering metrics and improve observability, CI/CD, and DevOps.
