We seek a highly motivated and experienced HR Director to join our team. In this role, you will act as a people’s policies designer and strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expertise and guidance in all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to senior leaders and function heads, ensuring HR strategies align with and support overall business objectives
- Serve as a senior advisor on complex employee relations matters, including high-stakes performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy, partnering with executives and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop executive-level job descriptions, and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies
- Oversee and enhance comprehensive performance management systems, ensuring robust processes for goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms that drive organizational excellence
- Design and implement modern, scalable, and automated HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, and offboarding
- Drive digital transformation of HR systems, leveraging HRIS platforms, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Design and maintain advanced HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Director or HR Business Partner
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data to inform decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and change management initiatives
- Fluency in English is essential, German is a plus
- HR certification is a plus
- Genuine interest in sustainability and green energy
- Experience in the Energy or Innovation field is a plus
