Skyguide in Switzerland seeks a Head of Military Operations and Regional Aerodromes (80-100%). Based in Wangen b. Dübendorf or Geneva, the role leads Air Traffic Services for the Swiss Air Force and regional aerodromes, driving safety, performance, and governance.

You will shape the technology renewal roadmap, collaborate with armasuisse and regulators, manage the division budget, and champion process improvement and a strong safety culture across all units, including Les Eplatures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years' experience in an air navigation service provider environment.
• Experience working with military organizations and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, French and German.
• Negotiation and regulatory liaison skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Holistic thinking and transformative leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery, safety and performance of Air Traffic Services for military and regional aerodrome operations.
• Drive modernization of technical infrastructure and ensure governance of quality, safety and financial performance.
• Develop and manage the division's budget in alignment with the COO.
• Lead process management and continuous improvement; ensure procedures comply with regulations.
• Coordinate safety matters with regulators and maintain alignment with SAF and other authorities.
