Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in ADC and APS.
• On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement required; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; adapt communication style to context and stakeholders.
• English language proficiency level 4 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Oversee course planning, administration, and monitoring of student performance.
• Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Create, design, and deliver training material for classroom and simulation environments.
• Provide support for training development, colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Represent Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups and teams; maintain professional demeanour and appearance.
