Novartis is seeking a Field Incentives & Operations Excellence Manager to drive field force effectiveness, incentive excellence, and operational performance through trusted data, analytics, automation, and governance. You will own incentive execution, CRM and performance reporting, targeting, and resource allocation, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Analytics, and Compliance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize territory alignment, and deliver actionable insights

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in sales operations or analytics required.
• Strong knowledge of incentive calculations and CRM.
• Experience translating data into business decisions.
