Sittella Winery & Restaurant is looking for a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Set amongst the vines in the Swan Valley, we pride ourselves on showcasing fresh, seasonal produce in a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
What you'll be doing - Preparing and cooking a variety of seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard - Delivering meals efficiently and on time during service - Keeping your section clean, organized, and service-ready - Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and daily specials - Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required - Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
We require demonstrated experience in contributing to seasonal menu changes and development to support our evolving culinary offerings.
