Overview

An exceptional contract opportunity for a hands-on Senior Change Manager with a strong background in managing change related to enhancements to IT Infrastructure Services. The project objective is related to the insourcing of frontline Helpdesk services, and the focus of the role will be in supporting the Business and Operations area in identifying the relevant impacts and managing the change to ensure Business Readiness and Transition is as seamless as possible. This is an exceptional contract opportunity and will require the successful individual to be hands-on in driving the Change activities. This is a Melbourne-based, hybrid role.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct impact assessment for identification of impacted business areas, including systems, processes and functions.
  • Develop change management strategies and tactical change plans that align to the business objectives and goals.
  • Develop a change communication plan to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged, understand the change and are adequately prepared.
  • Work closely with the relevant business areas to communicate, train and create business readiness plans to support the change.
  • Develop and drive appropriate communication to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change throughout the broader business.
  • Liaise with and obtain buy-in from key business stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor project team around key change management activities and considerations.
  • Execute the change management plan to ensure that project outcomes are achieved.
  • Help define, lead and coordinate training and L&D activities required to support the change.
Key Criteria
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a senior change management role.
  • Must have prior experience in managing across business and technology.
  • Experience in managing business impacts and operational change to support IT infrastructure enhancements.
  • A hands-on approach with a proactive and persistent nature.
  • Strong experience in establishing change management strategies, change management plans and activities.
  • Must have prior experience across training & L&D activities in preparation for change.
  • PROSCI Certification & Lean Change would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in designing and leading communication material to support and facilitate change.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Melbourne-based with a hybrid working model.
