Overview

The Change Delivery Manager (Change & Project Management) leads and coordinates the Change and Project Management cohort responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives within the Claims & Assessing Division. This role focuses on optimising cost control, enhancing the customer journey, and fostering operational excellence through expert application of project and change principles, while delivering exceptional service to internal customers.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project & Change Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of all projects and change initiatives within the Claims & Assessing Division, ensuring they meet defined scope, objectives, and quality outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the project support and change management team, manage their output, foster continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to company values and policies.
  • Methodology Development & Governance: Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of robust project and change management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the team, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, implement proactive and transparent communication strategies for all initiatives, and manage escalations effectively.
  • Change Adoption & Risk Mitigation: Drive the planning, execution, and embedding of change initiatives to minimise resistance, maximise engagement, and ensure successful adoption, including proactive identification and mitigation of change-related risks.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms for project progress, status, resource utilisation, and change adoption, including post-implementation reviews and benefits realisation tracking.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all team activities and deliverables adhere to relevant company policies, procedures, and corporate communication guidelines, and maintain knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands.
What experience you’ll bring
  • Project and Change Management Experience with evidence of successful business delivery.
  • Certified in a Formal Project Management and/or Change Methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated high-level collaboration and communication skills; exposure to a Contact Centre/Insurance environment is highly desirable.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy.
