To strengthen our team at the Head Office in Wels, we are looking for a committed individual to join us as (Certified) Accountant with occasionally providing backup for our Department Head.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Handling of ongoing accounting tasks
• Participation in financial statement preparation
• Assistance with monthly VAT returns (domestic and international)
• Management of dunning processes
• Execution of payment transactions
• Intercompany invoicing
• Recapitulative Statement (ZM) and Intrastat reports
• Communication with suppliers, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and authorities
• Occasionally providing backup for the Department Head

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial education including accounting certification
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting (preferably in project-based and/or international environments)
• Accurate, independent, and proactive working style
• Strong numerical skills and business acumen
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent MS Office skills
• German mandatory; English skills are an advantage
• Team player
