We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our BRAND NEW, 94-place service in Elizabeth Downs, set to open in July 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a centre from the ground up.

About the role:

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre. Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

About you:
  • ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check
