  • Current paid working with children check, First aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a experienced Centre Director to lead ourChildcare Centrelocated in Liverpool.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and administration of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
  • Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.
  • Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Priorities the health and safety of all children in service
  • Assisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as: activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the service
  • Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
  • Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum three years experience in a Centre Director role within a Early Childcare setting.
