For our outlet in Parndorf, we are looking for you as:

Carhartt WIP Outlet Parndorf - Store Manager (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing the overall store operations and performance
  • Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Carrying out promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions to expected standards
  • Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
  • Managing stock levels
Your Profile:
  • Previous retail management experience in a similar-sized operation
  • A keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in visual merchandising and stock management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
