About Noble Gardens

Noble Gardens is a peaceful and friendly residential aged care home in Noble Park, with convenient access to nearby shops and public transport. We offer a comprehensive array of senior care services to meet diverse needs, including quality nursing home and aged care options.

Noble Gardens provides onsite services such as a resident’s cafe and sports bar, virtual reality cinema, and allied health services including a gym, hydrotherapy pool, physiotherapy, dietetics, and podiatry.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care, working closely with a high-performing team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive, person-centred nursing care
  • Managing medication administration & wound care
  • Driving continuous clinical improvement for excellence in care
  • Supporting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism
