Job summary

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical college qualification completed.
• Experience in warehousing and warehouse logistics.
• Fluent German communication, written and spoken (B2).
• Physical stamina for handling parcels and deliveries.
• Basic knowledge of postal, dispatch and administrative procedures.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and forwarding incoming and outgoing post and parcels.
• Dispatching letters and parcels.
• Distributing internal and external post.
• Franking letters and parcels.
• Carrying out errands and delivering heavy parcels to university facilities.
• Postal delivery and collection.
• Initiating enquiries regarding letters and parcels.
• Other duties as required.
